| Step 2 Obtain Your Collection Kit |
Once we have received and processed your Contract, you will receive a Cord Blood Collection Kit.

Store the kit at room temperature to avoid temperature extremes |
|
Do not leave the collection kit in your car |
|
To maintain sterility of the cord blood collection kit, the seal must not be broken until the time of delivery. |

Remember to bring along the collection kit to the hospital with you when you are ready to deliver and present it to the doctor/delivery team.
Call StemTech International 24-Hour Hotline After the Collection of Cord Blood
After the safe arrival of your baby, your doctor will collect your baby’s cord blood as per the instructions in the collection kit. Your family will then need to call our 24-hour Hotline number (+6 016-205 7000) after the collection of cord blood. We will then arrange for our dedicated medical staff to transport your cord blood specimen directly to StemTech International laboratory for testing, processing and cryopreservation. |
